The Mannheim art association INDUSTRIETEMPEL, co-founded by Gerd Reutter over 30 years ago, is presenting a science fiction theater production titled “DIE VIERTE GEWALT” at the old SWR Studio in Mannheim. Since Christmas 2025, Gerd Reutter has been planning and working on a new piece. As part of this process, he has produced several sketches. These offer a unique glimpse into his creative vision and working methods. In addition, the first photos and footage of the work on the clay itself have now been released.
Gerd Reutter comes from an artistic family. Not only was his brother, Paul Reutter, a painter, but there are also family ties to Oscar Boeira, one of the first and most important Impressionist artists from the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.

Under the motto “Art for EVERYONE,” the Mannheim Artists' Legacies Foundation ist hosting a sales event. Works by Gerd Reutter will also be on offer.
